Does Soul Automation provide smart home automation in India?

Do I need to rewire my house for home automation?
No. Our smart switch modules are retrofit devices that install behind your existing switchboards, so your current wiring and switch plates stay as they are.
Will my normal wall switches still work?
Yes. Physical switches continue to work exactly as before, in sync with the app. Family members and guests never need to install anything.
Does the automation work when the internet is down?
Yes. The Soul platform supports cloud, LAN, and BLE control paths, so devices remain controllable on your local network even when broadband fails.
Can I automate my home in phases?
Yes. Many customers start with the living room, gate, or security and expand later. Because everything runs on one platform, new devices join the same app.
How is Soul different from Alexa-based or Tuya-based automation?
